Are you wondering "How fragile are these seashells?" Before I even consider using a seashell, I try to break it in half. Many break. Next I drill a hole in each shell and some break. Finally, as I begin twisting wire on the seashell some shells break.. Therefore, if a shell survives these 3 steps, you can see that it is sturdy and will give you long life if you treat it kindly.
