The Mussels used for the earrings are approximately 3/4" wide x 1 1/2 " long. They are decorated with silver wire and pearls. The Mussel in the necklace is approximately 1" wide x 2 1/4" long.
Most Mussell seashells were gathered on beaches in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
